A session, step by step

  1. Create a project and upload

    Name the project, drop in the drawing files. Each one is triaged on arrival.

  2. Read

    Ask for a discipline or let the assistant work through the document list. It reads every sheet it has not read yet, then names the construction stages that still have no data, such as waterproofing, grills or tanks.

  3. Confirm

    It lists the assumptions it will use and asks only for what no sheet gives.

  4. Calculate and generate

    The engine runs. Files appear on the message that produced them, as new versions.

  5. Correct

    Say what is wrong or missing. BOQ lines and structural members are added, corrected or removed in the chat, and the files regenerate.

  6. Come back later

    Memory, schedule and files are still there. Long conversations are compacted; nothing is lost.

Feet, kg/ft, # bar numbers and sutar sizes, ASTM nominal weights, no bend deduction.
Design codes
SBC 304, ACI 318 and BS 8666 shape codes, with your own measurement conventions, BOQ formats and terminology.
Sheet overrides
Cover, laps, storey height, mixes and block types written on any sheet apply project-wide and are listed under Notes & Assumptions.
